| Agenda: ** 7.15am Lovewell. 185 Mount Gravatt Outlook Dr, Mount Gravatt QLD ** 7:30am se comienza a caminar/correr. Distancia: ** Recorrido corto: unos 7 km, con ligeras elevaciones. Irene encabezará el grupo de los caminantes nivel medio (recorrido corto 7km). ** Recorrido largo: 10 km para corredores y caminantes más en forma. Tiene ligeras elevaciones (opción de llegar más lejos ya que el recorrido es de ida y vuelta).Jairo encabezará el grupo de los caminantes nivel alto (recorrido largo 10km). Bea dirigirá a los corredores (recorrido largo, 10km). En la salida/meta encontraréis la pancarta de TASSCA para que todos podáis haceros una foto conmemorativa y compartirla en Redes Sociales. Nos encantará que nos etiquetes en tu publicación! @mytassca #tasscactivate Tendremos también una mesa con agua para que todos los participantes rellenen sus propias botellas a la salida y llegada (eco friendly!). Perritos bienvenidos! Niños aventureros y en forma también! (Recomendamos no menos de 9 años y acostumbrados a caminar) DESAYUNO 8.30-9.00h (según lleguemos) Lovewell restaurant (estará la mesa reservada). Precio de la actividad: gratuito para todos los participantes (desayuno no incluido). Inscripciones: a pesar de no tener que pagar inscripción, os dejamos el link aquí abajo para que nos confirméis asistencia, y si correréis o andaréis. Es importante para nosotros para organizar el recorrido, la llegada y la reserva del desayuno. Os esperamos! Distance: ** Long distance: 10km for runners and fit walkers, with some easy hills. ** Short distance: 7km easy hills. ** Both can go longer depending on the level as it is one way return. ** Jairo will be in charge of the fit walkers group (long distance 10km). ** Irene will be in charge of the normal walkers (short distance 7km). ** Bea will be in charge of the runners (long distance 10km). Dogs friendly! Kids over 9 and used to walk also welcome! Upon arrival / departure you will find the TASSCA banner so that everyone can take a photo and share it in the social networks. We would love it if you can tag us: @mytassca #tasscactivate We will also have a table with water so that all participants can fill in their water bottles (before and after the event) and it is eco-friendly! BREAKFAST: 8.30-9.00 at Lovewell restaurant. Price of the activity: free for all participants (breakfast not included).
