El local cuenta con sillas para la meditación, pero recomendamos traer cojines, esterillas, si prefieres tumbarte o sentarte en el suelo.  

El taller tendrá una duración de 90 min, con tiempo al final para “discusión general” mientras tomamos un refrigerio 🙂

 Aunque los niños pueden meditar fácilmente, este taller en particular está dirigido a personas de más de 14 años.
