A petición de numerosos socios, y miembros de nuestra comunidad en general, os invitamos, con mucho gusto, a disfrutar de un programa más para 2023: GASTROTASSCA.

En los talleres que conforman esta iniciativa, aprenderemos y compartiremos la preparación de platos de cocina tradicional española donde las protagonistas son recetas de toda la vida, con el toque secreto del cocinero -a que dirige el taller.

Inicialmente estamos considerando temáticas en torno a un ingrediente básico que en el primero de los talleres será el huevo, en toda su versatilidad. Para continuar, agradeceríamos también vuestras ideas y sugerencias, de todos aquellos que queráis participar o presentaros incluso como Masterchef de algún taller culinario en concreto.

El programa incluirá además la degustación in situ de los platos cocinados, y la posibilidad de llevarse a casa una deliciosa prueba de vuestro talento. 

 

Following the keen interest expressed by many TASSCA members, and members of our community in general, we invite you, con mucho gusto, to enjoy one more program for 2023: GASTROTASSCA.

In the workshops that make up this initiative, we will learn and share the preparation of traditional Spanish dishes where the protagonists are traditional recipes, with the secret touch of the chef, who runs the workshop.

Initially we are considering themes around a basic ingredient that in the first of the workshops will be the egg, in all its versatility. To continue, we would also appreciate your ideas and suggestions, from all those who want to participate, or even introduce themselves as Masterchef of a specific culinary workshop.

The program will also include tasting of the cooked dishes at the venue, and the possibility of taking home a delicious proof of your talent.
